How it works
1 SELECT SERVICE

2 HANDOVER THE VEHICLE
- The driver gives you a call 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
- The driver fills out the vehicle condition form and then picks up the car.
3 ENJOY WHILE WE SERVICE
- The driver delivers the car to one of our carefully selected service partners.
- We do our best to keep your car looking great.
4 RECEIVE THE VEHICLE
- The driver gives you a call 10 minutes before returning the car.
- Receive your serviced vehicle.

How does CarLite work?
CarLite offers car cleaning and car service combined with a vehicle pick-up and delivery service in Vienna. On our website you have a selection of services that can be booked either online, by phone or by email.
After you have booked a service, one of our employees will pick up your car at the desired location and at the agreed time, take it to valeting and return it to you.
Our collection & delivery service will gladly take over the transfer of your vehicle to an auto repair shop of your choice in Vienna, and then back again.
May I change or cancel my appointment?
You may change or cancel the order for free at any time. The fees will be reimbursed to your account if paid online.
However, if you wish to cancel the order, please do so not later than one hour before the appointment.
How does CarLite driver get to the vehicle pickup location?
We use our company vehicles, public transport and e-scooters to be swift and reliable.
In some cases, we will ask for your permission to transport our e-scooters in your car while we drive them for servicing.
Don't worry. Our scooters are compact, and we put them into a clean cover.
How does CarLite driver get to the vehicle pickup location?
After taking over the client car, our insurance covers the client vehicles and our rides.
This coverage is added to the insurance that your car typically has.
How is the handover process organized?
Before collecting the keys from you, we will document the damages present at your vehicle exterior together with you.
By that, we want to avoid any potential misunderstandings.
Where is my car serviced after the handover process?
We service your car at one of our service partners in Vienna, typically a car cleaning company.
We take utmost care when selecting our partner companies and ensure the highest service quality.
In each case, we can name you the service partner we have chosen to service your vehicle.
